At PreLoved Things, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique finds. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day return window for all items in their original, tag-attached condition.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or visit our Returns Center to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the pre-loved items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location within 5 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
